STOVETOP STUFFING MEATLOAF RECIPE

StoveTop Stuffing Meatloaf is a tasty twist on traditional meatloaf using lean ground beef, StoveTop Stuffing and packaged gravy mix.
Prepared and cooked in a bundt pan then turned out and filled with mashed potatoes and gravy, this flavourful feast is one your family will ask for again and again!

I’ve always loved meatloaf, hot or cold, in a sandwich, leftover… pretty much any which way! My mom always made a traditional meatloaf with onion and bread crumbs and topped it with a ketchup chili sauce topping.  It’s the same meatloaf recipe I’ve been making for my family forever.
Forever until I found this StoveTop Stuffing Meatloaf recipe and….now it’s our new go to. This recipe uses stove top stuffing as the binding ingredient. Already loaded with spices, seasonings and onion this makes preparation super quick. The remaining ingredients are all mixed together so easily that it is ready to bake in no time!
Cooking this in a bundt pan reduces the cooking time compared to a typical loaf style meatloaf (and gives a yummy crisp exterior).  You’ll want to ensure you spray your bundt pan really well to keep the meatloaf from sticking.
Once cooked, we fill this delicious meatloaf with mashed potatoes and top the whole thing with gravy.  Add a side of green beans or a side salad and you’ve got a meal that your entire family is going to love!
